Sailing can be a physically demanding sport, especially on windy days. Our bodies must be prepared for the challenge, or we risk an injury. This course is aimed at adults in the Advanced, Double handed and Intermediate courses, but all are welcome. It runs over skype so sailors can join in at home or watch it later.
It is an opportunity for sailors to;
- Increase strength in the muscles critical for sailing and particularly for hiking
- Increase core strength, balance and agility
- Increase general fitness
- Increase flexibility
