Description
The club has arranged for a trainer to provide physical training sessions for sailors.
The sessions will be customized to suit the sailors’ age group and will include warm-ups, short runs, bodyweight exercises and games. These sessions are essential for improving sailors’ fitness, flexibility, and stamina, as well as preventing injuries. Sailing is a physically demanding sport, and good fitness is key to achieving optimal performance.
