Vikings Sailing Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Club Manager & Lead Coach to oversee the day-to-day management of our club and lead our coaching programmes.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining club operations, coaching leadership, and fleet maintenance. The successful candidate will support sailors of all levels — from beginners through cadets to our racing team — across our dinghy classes: Optimist, Topper, RS Feva, RS Toura, and ILCA.
