1.1 By using the Website to engage with Communities and Campaigns, you will be required to provide some “personal data”. Amongst others, this may include your name, address, e-mail and where applicable, payment details.

1.2 Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

1.3 We are fully committed to process all personal data in line with EU Regulation 2016/679, “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR) and Malta’s Data Protection Act (2018).

1.4 We will not be able to provide you with a service unless we process your personal data. If you do not consent to this processing by us, you should refrain from using the Website in line with our Terms of Use.

1.5 At your written request, we shall either delete or return all your personal data within a reasonable time after the end of the provision of the relevant services related to processing, and delete existing copies unless storage of any data is required by any applicable law.
