This summer program is only open to Vikings sailors from the age of 8 to 16 years who have reached an advanced or intermediate level of sailing. Sailors will be assigned a boat according to their weight and will be split up into groups according to their level.
Here sailors will further develop their sailing technique, improve their knowledge of sailing theory and learn to follow different courses around the marks. They will often sail outside Marsamxett harbour under the guidance of our experienced coaches. Â This is a 9 week programme for Vikings sailors who have completed their level 2 course and have continued to sail regularly during the winter season.
This course is only open to Vikings Sailing Club members.
Our program starts on the Thursday 2nd July and ends on Monday 7th September (Excluding Santa Marija week)
Duration: 9 weeks. 4.5 hrs each session
Age: 8 years and over
Days: Monday/Thursday
Time: 8.30am to 1.00pm
Price per day (for the whole summer): From €270 using club boat, €180 using own boat. Each child will also be given a free bag. See multi day discounts below.
Extra hour: 1.00 to 2.00pm (additional payment)
