As of 2026, our Adult Sailing Programme has been thoughtfully restructured into three clear and progressive levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. This streamlined structure ensures a logical and supportive learning pathway, with each level building directly on the skills, knowledge, and confidence gained in the previous one. Sailors progress at a pace appropriate to their ability, moving on to the next stage once the required standard has been achieved.
The Intermediate Adult Sailing Course is aimed at sailors who already possess a solid grounding in sailing fundamentals and are ready to take the next step in their development. This course bridges the gap between basic competence and advanced performance, helping sailors become more confident, consistent, and independent on the water.
Training sessions are structured to build upon previous adult courses, with a strong emphasis on consolidating core sailing techniques, improving boat handling, and refining decision‑making skills. A key focus of this level is the continued development of single‑handed sailing, allowing sailors to operate more confidently and efficiently in a range of conditions.
